Smartcard support for next VCP versions / new filegroups

HI,

Due to current situation with clones, we have to stop support for older cards. New smartcard firmware will require some cryptographic functions, which are not supported by ~7% of cards shipped to clients.

Most of the cards are installed in older , separated dongles, so replacement will be easy.

We will replace those cards for free for everyone with valid subscription. When customer has a valid subscription and his card is eligible for replacement - message in activator will be displayed.

We will start replacement 10th of april, new VCP and new filegroups will go online 20th of april. Until then no new parameter files will be uploaded to FM.
