# new interface problem

Hello

I upgraded my old VCP+K with external smart card reader to the new interface. I received one, which was already was registered to a different name, and it is not the VCP+K one, and of course the hardware is not working.

Do anybody had any problem with the new interface? It does connect to the cars, very very slowly, but you can’t choose platform, cant flash, cant code, upload parameter data, etc… totally unusable. My old interface got banned,when I activated this new one.

Support doesn’t reply emails that fast, phone number got answered by a young girl, who doesnt speak english, so the usual VCP incompetence. I can’t believe they have the best programmer, but the worst management in the world ever.

Do anybody else upgraded their old VCP+k to new interface? what type of new one you got?

I already lost one job today, i have my new interface with me 3 days now, but I can’t use it. CAn’t reach support only by the ticket system, which they act very slowly. I think it is not fair, I paid two times for thre VCP now, they banned my old one, new one is not working, I’m loosing jobs, and Nobody care.

Any idea what to do except wait till someone will answer my opened tickets?

MY friend just received his new interface last week, we tried my new one with his notebook, and still same problems, and we tried his interface with my notebook, and his works fine. Sadly, his interface having file download problems, we can’t download the parameter file what I need for the job today, so no joy. We have two new interface, my old one, and we still can’t do a simple job, because of the incompetent of the VCP management.

I can’t say how mad I am…
