# Neu: Klassische Forenansicht und Dunkelmodus / New: Classic forum view and dark mode

## Deutsch

Viele von euch haben sich die übersichtliche Forenansicht von früher zurückgewünscht. Wir bieten sie jetzt als Test an. Sie ist **freiwillig** und für jeden einzeln ein- und ausschaltbar.

**Was ist neu?**

- **Klassische Forenansicht:** Die Kategorien stehen in Tabellen, mit Themen, Beiträgen und dem letzten Beitrag je Unterforum.
- **Dunkelmodus:** Er passt sich dem Gerät an oder lässt sich fest einstellen. Er gilt jetzt auch für das normale Design.

**So schaltest du es ein:**

1. Klicke oben rechts auf dein Profilbild und dann auf _Einstellungen_.
2. Wähle _Oberfläche_.
3. Stelle bei _Theme_ **VCP Klassisch** ein und speichere.

Zurück zum bisherigen Design kommst du mit **VCP** an derselben Stelle. Den Dunkelmodus findest du auf derselben Seite unter _Dunkler Modus_.

**Hinweise:**

- Die Klassikansicht ist neu und noch im Test. Sie funktioniert auch am Handy.
- Es ändert sich nur die Darstellung, keine Inhalte und keine Funktionen.
- Wenn dir etwas nicht gefällt oder nicht richtig dargestellt wird, antworte bitte hier. Nenne dazu dein Gerät und deinen Browser.

## English

Many of you asked for the old, clear forum layout. We are now offering it as a trial. It is **optional** and every user can switch it on or off individually.

**What’s new?**

- **Classic forum view:** Categories appear in tables, with topics, posts and the latest post for each sub-forum.
- **Dark mode:** It follows your device or can be set manually. It now also works with the regular design.

**How to switch it on:**

1. Click your profile picture at the top right, then _Preferences_.
2. Open _Interface_.
3. Set _Theme_ to **VCP Klassisch** and save.

To return to the previous design, choose **VCP** in the same place. Dark mode is on the same page under _Dark mode_.

**Notes:**

- The classic view is new and still in testing. It also works on mobile.
- Only the appearance changes, not content or functions.
- If something looks wrong or you don’t like it, please reply here and tell us your device and browser.
